If you are an #EmpireAve user already, in all likelihood, by the time you read this, it’s too late.  However, if you have friends you are recruiting to Empire Avenue, there are a couple of things they can do to maximize their share price when they first register.

When you register for Empire Avenue, you want to post a picture right away.  Don’t say, “I’ll just look around first.” or “Maybe I will add one later.” or “I don’t have a shot I like right now.”  Also, fill in any obvious profile information right away.  Why do I say this?  Because of the’ Recent Arrivals’ (new user) list on our home page, and the way many users buy stock.

One of the big ways your stock price can go down is by people selling shares they own in you.  However, when you first join, nobody owns any of your stock.  So, it can’t go down that way.  Plus, one of the key ways your price goes up is by you adding new information to your profile.  Of course, when you join, you do lots of that.  So, the stock price of new users is pretty much guaranteed to go up.  Many people know this.  So, they sit watching the new user list for the most promising Recent Arrivals.  If you quickly add a picture and lots of info, you will get serious investment.  If you don’t, you will be much more ignored.  Take me for example, I don’t look at the profiles of new users without pictures.  They just don’t look like a good investment to me because they don’t look committed to the networking.  

The reason that you want to be quick is that you only spend a limited time on the Recent Arrivals list.  After that, you are much harder to find.  Sure there are people out there searching the backstreets, but you should seize the opportunity while you are on the main avenue.

As an added bonus to you, if you have a friend that is going to do this, you can buy at $10 and you will quickly make a profit.
